Privacy Policy

X Park Airport GmbH (“X Park Airport”, “we”, “us”) operates the airport parking marketplace at xparkairport.de. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

To complete a booking, we collect:

• Contact details: full name, email address, phone number.
• Vehicle details: type and license plate.
• Travel dates and arrival / departure times for your selected airport.
• Payment information processed via Stripe — we never see your card number.
• Technical metadata such as your browser, device type and IP address.

We use the information above to (a) confirm and manage your booking, (b) share necessary booking details with the parking provider you selected, (c) send service emails such as confirmations and reminders, and (d) prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

Booking processing relies on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Service emails and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing communication, where applicable, relies on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) which you can withdraw at any time.

Your contact, vehicle and travel details are shared only with the specific parking provider you book with, so they can prepare for your arrival. Providers act as separate data controllers under their own privacy policies.

Booking records are retained for up to 10 years to comply with German tax and accounting obligations. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

You can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your data when no longer necessary for the original purpose.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

Send any such request to privacy@xparkairport.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hessian Data Protection Authority.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep your booking session active and to remember your cookie preferences. Optional analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept them via the cookie banner.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect product or legal changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated ahead of time.
